About me
personal:
Born in 1965 in Hamburg, I am a doctoral historian and art historian. I worked as a journalist and author for 15 years in many countries around the world. In the second phase of my life, I trained as a naturopath specializing in psychotherapy and psychology, became a systemic coach, team developer, trained in systemic family constellations, Living Values Education for children, parents, and educators, and also became an intercultural trainer for leaders and organizations. Then, I encountered the Human Design System – the essence that complements and brings everything into focus.
My main areas of work include: HDS analyses for individuals, partners, children, and families, health and nutrition counseling. life and competence coaching, personal and career development, potential and educational counseling for young people, as well as team development and intercultural training.
My particular mission is to accompany people on their personal and professional journeys, to empower them to recognize their true nature, live their uniqueness, bring their talents into the world, and lead a happy and healthy life that aligns with their individual personality.
Live who you are. Recognize the world within you and youurself within the world.
I have a special passion for children and family systems. With the method of Human Design, I am able to help parents understand the unique qualities of their children, so they can support and encourage them in a way that aligns with the child’s true nature. Every child has their own individual traits, needs, and abilities. When these are allowed to flourish, a self-aware person grows, one who can lead an autonomous and authentic life in a healthy body.
“We are all born as originals, but most live and die as copies.”
Human Design is an effective method for personality analysis, allowing a clear distinction between what should be accepted and where change is possible.
„Gott gebe mir die Gelassenheit, Dinge hinzunehmen, die ich nicht ändern kann; den Mut, Dinge zu ändern, die ich ändern kann; und die Weisheit, das eine vom anderen zu unterscheiden“
– Virginia Satir
